Objectives:
In late 2025, I met with Ashley, who was looking to launch her company, Rx Recovery Massage & Body Work, and needed help with marketing. Her mission is simple: she wants to help athletes and those with active lifestyles recover better, prevent injuries, and perform at their best.
Since her launch, Ashley has had success booking clients and helping them feel better as they train.
